SPRING -- time for flowers, for parades, and for making merry! Daisy says: "I love Springtime! After all my Daddies named me after a flower! I enjoy sniffing the air, the sidewalks, the kitchen floor, and also anywhere that other dogs may have been!" Murray says: "I like the Macy's Flower Show -- our Daddies took us there when we were puppies, and they got a picture of all four of us that they keep up in our house!" Here's some of our favorite activities! Celebrate the Irish at the St. Patricks Day Parade! Music, pomp, and everything is green, green, green! St. Patrick's Day Parade -- March 17th, 11am - 5pm, Fifth Avenue from 44th Street to 79th Street Macy's Flower Show is an annual tradition - walk and shop among the flora & foliage! This year it will be held in a tent outside the store (Broadway Plaza at Herald Square) due to ongoing store renovations. March 25th - April 7 Show off your hat-making skills at the Easter Parade! Promenade with all the swells and admire their often elaborate hats and bonnets (and those on all the dogs)! Easter Parade -- April 8th, 10am - 4pm, Fifth Avenue between 49th & 57th Streets Visit one of New York City's beautiful Botanical Gardens! Spring is the best time to see these parks, as all the trees and flowers are coming into full bloom!
